Each Guarantor agrees that such Guarantor shall have no right of recourse to security for the Obligations, except through the exercise of rights of subrogation pursuant to [Section 4.02] and through the exercise of rights of contribution pursuant to [Section 4.06].

Each Guarantor agrees that such Guarantor shall have no right of recourse to security for the Obligations, except through the exercise of rights of subrogation pursuant to Section 4.02 and through the exercise of rights of contribution pursuant to Section 4.06.

Additional Waivers. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, each Guarantor hereby absolutely, unconditionally, knowingly, and expressly waives:

Certain Additional Waivers. Each Guarantor agrees that such Guarantor shall have no right of recourse to security for the Obligations except through the exercise of rights of subrogation pursuant to Section 4.02 and through the exercise of rights of contribution pursuant to Section 4.06.

With respect to its obligations under this Article X, the Domestic Borrower and each Guarantor hereby expressly waives diligence, presentment, demand of payment, protest and all notices (other than as otherwise expressly required pursuant to the Loan Documents) whatsoever, and any requirement that the Administrative Agent or any other holder of the Obligations exhaust any right, power or remedy or proceed against any Person under any of the Loan Documents, any Swap Contract between any Loan Party and any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender, any Cash Management Agreement between any Loan Party and any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender, or any other agreement or instrument referred to in the Loan Documents, such Swap Contracts or such Cash Management Agreements, or against any other Person under any other guarantee of, or security for, any of the Obligations; and

Each Guarantor agrees that such Guarantor shall have no right of recourse to security for the Obligations, except through the exercise of rights of subrogation pursuant to Section 4.02 and through the exercise of rights of contribution pursuant to Section 4.06.

Each Guarantor agrees that such Guarantor shall have no right of recourse to security for the Obligations, except through the exercise of rights of subrogation pursuant to Section 4.02 and through the exercise of rights of contribution pursuant to Section 4.06.

Without limiting the generality of the provisions of this Section 4, each Guarantor hereby specifically waives the benefits of N.C. Gen. Stat. §§ 26-7 through 26-9, inclusive. Each Guarantor further agrees that such Guarantor shall have no right of recourse to security for the Obligations. Each of the Guarantors further agrees that it shall have no right of subrogation, reimbursement or indemnity, nor any right of recourse to security, if any, for the Obligations so long as any amounts payable to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders in respect of the Obligations shall remain outstanding or any of the Commitments shall not have expired or been terminated.

Certain Additional Waivers. Each Guarantor agrees that such Guarantor shall have no right of recourse to security for the Obligations, except through the exercise of rights of subrogation pursuant to Section 12.2 [Obligations Unconditional] and through the exercise of rights of contribution pursuant to Section 12.6 [Rights of Contribution].
