Defined Terms. Terms which are capitalized are defined herein or in the Plan and have the same meaning set forth in the Plan, unless the context indicates otherwise.

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms that are used in this Agreement have the meaning set forth in the License and Supply Agreement, unless otherwise defined in this Agreement.
