Defined Terms. Terms which are capitalized are defined herein or in the Plan and have the same meaning set forth in the Plan, unless the context indicates otherwise.

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms that are used in this Agreement have the meaning set forth in the License and Supply Agreement, unless otherwise defined in this Agreement.

Defined Terms. Except as otherwise specifically defined in the Acceptance Certificate or this Terms & Conditions, the capitalized terms used in this Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning as the terms defined in the Plan.
