Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement.

“Company SEC Documents” means the reports and any other documents filed by the Company on or before the Closing with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to the Securities Act and the Securities Exchange Act.

Defined Terms. For purposes of this Agreement, the definitions of terms contained in the Plan hereby are incorporated by reference, except to the extent that any such term is specifically defined in this Agreement.
