Executive may resign his or her employment and terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason other than due to a Constructive Termination (as defined in [Section 6.6(c)] herein). In such event, the Company shall pay Executive all Accrued Compensation (as defined in [Section 6.2(c)] herein), but no other compensation or reimbursement of any kind, including without limitation, any severance compensation or benefits shall be paid, and thereafter the Company’s obligations hereunder shall terminate.

Cause; Voluntary Resignation. If the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause during the Employment Period, or the Executive voluntarily resigns his employment without Good Reason, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive; provided, however, that the Executive shall nonetheless be subject to the covenants set forth in Section 13 herein.

Voluntary Resignation. If Executive voluntarily resigns his employment from the Company, then Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:

Voluntary Resignation. Executive may terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Company. The Company, at its discretion, may waive the thirty (30) day notice requirement, and in such event shall be required to make any payments in lieu of notice.

Voluntary Resignation. Executive may terminate his employment for any reason by giving the Company 30 days’ prior written notice of a voluntary resignation date (“Resignation Date”). Upon receiving Executive’s notice of intent to resign, the Company may require that Executive cease performing services for the Company at any time before the Resignation Date, so long as the Company continues Executive’s Base Salary under Section 2.1 and employee benefits under Section 2.4 through the Resignation Date. Except as otherwise provided under law or the terms of any employee benefit plans in which Executive participates, Executive shall not be entitled to receive any compensation or benefits from the Company after the Resignation Date.

Voluntary Resignation. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Agreement to the contrary, Executive may terminate his employment hereunder at any time and for any reason whatsoever or for no reason at all in Executive’s sole discretion by giving thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to the Board.

If Executive's employment terminates by reason of the Executive's voluntary resignation (other than a Voluntary Termination for Good Reason), then Executive shall not be entitled to receive severance or other benefits except for those (if any) established under the Company's then existing severance and benefits plans or pursuant to other written agreements with the Company.
