other unsecured Indebtedness, so long as the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness outstanding pursuant to this clause (j) shall not exceed $50,000,000 at any time;

other unsecured Debt in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed at any time outstanding $2,500,000.
