Secured Obligations” means # the Loan Document Obligations, # the Secured Cash Management Obligations and # the Secured Swap Obligations (excluding with respect to any Loan Party, Excluded Swap Obligations of such Loan Party).

"Secured Obligations" means, collectively, # the Loan Document Obligations, # the Cash Management Obligations, and # the Swap Agreement Obligations.

Obligations”: collectively, # the Loan Document Obligations, # the Secured Cash Management Obligations and # the Secured Hedging Obligations.

“Secured Obligations” means # all Obligations, # all Secured Swap Obligations and # all Banking Services Obligations owing to any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender; provided that the term “Secured Obligations” shall not include, with respect to any Loan Party, any Excluded Swap Obligations of such Loan Party.

Secured Obligations” means, collectively, # the Obligations and # all existing or future payment and other obligations owing by any Credit Party under # any Secured Hedge Agreement and # any Secured Cash Management Agreement; provided that the “Secured Obligations” of a Credit Party shall exclude any Excluded Swap Obligations with respect to such Credit Party.
