Cash Management, Business Credit Cards, and FX Forward Contract Fees. Borrower shall pay to Lender fees in connection with the Cash Management Services, business credit cards, and the FX Forward Contracts as determined in accordance with Lender’s standard fees and charges then in effect for such activity.

Cash Management, Business Credit Cards, and FX Forward Contract Fees. ​ shall pay to ​ fees in connection with the Cash Management Services, business credit cards, and the FX Forward Contracts as determined in accordance with ​'s standard fees and charges then in effect for such activity.

“Credit Extension” is any Advance, any Overadvance, Letter of Credit, FX Contract, amount utilized for Cash Management Services, Growth Capital Advance, or any other extension of credit by Bank for Co-Borrowers’ benefit.

Indebtedness incurred in the ordinary course of business in respect of credit cards, credit card processing services, debit cards, stored value cards, purchase cards (including so-called "procurement cards" or "P-cards"), or Cash Management Services,

“Cash Management Agreement” means any agreement that is not prohibited by the terms hereof to provide treasury or cash management services, including deposit accounts, overnight draft, credit cards, debit cards, p-cards (including purchasing cards and commercial cards), funds transfer, automated clearinghouse, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services and other cash management services.

“Domestic Overadvance” means at any time an amount equal to the greater of # the amount (if any) by which the total amount of the outstanding Advances with respect to Domestic Eligible Receivables (including deemed Advances with respect to the FX Sublimit, and the Credit Card Limit, and the total amount of the Cash Management Sublimit) exceeds the lesser of the Domestic Credit Limit or the Domestic Borrowing Base, or # the amounts (if any) by which the total amount of the outstanding deemed Advances with respect to the FX Sublimit or the Credit Card Limit or the Cash Management Sublimit exceeds the Subfacility Maximum.

“Banking Services” means each and any of the following bank services: commercial credit cards, stored value cards, purchasing cards, treasury management services, netting services, overdraft protections, check drawing services, automated payment services (including depository, overdraft, controlled disbursement, ACH transactions, return items and interstate depository network services), employee credit card programs, cash pooling services, operational foreign exchange management, current account facilities and any arrangements or services similar to any of the foregoing or otherwise in connection with Cash management and Deposit Accounts.

“Bank Products” means any service provided to, facility extended to, or transaction entered into with, any Obligated Party by any Lender or its Affiliate consisting of # deposit accounts, # cash management services, including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements maintained with any Lender or its Affiliates, # debit cards, stored value cards, and credit cards (including commercial credit cards (including so-called “procurement cards” or “P-cards”)) and debit card and credit card processing services or # Hedge Agreements.

“Bank Product” means any one or more of the following financial products or accommodations extended to a Borrower or its Subsidiaries by a Bank Product Provider: (a) credit cards (including commercial cards (including so-called “purchase cards”, “procurement cards” or “p-cards”)), (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) stored value cards, (e) Cash Management Services, or (f) transactions under Hedge Agreements.

“Cash Management Products and Services” shall mean agreements or other arrangements under which Agent or any Lender or any Affiliate of Agent or a Lender provides any of the following products or services to any Borrower: # credit cards; # credit card processing services; # debit cards and stored value cards; # commercial cards; # ACH transactions; and
