Investments (other than Investments permitted under clauses (a) and (c) of this Section) existing on the Closing Date and set forth on [Schedule 7.06] and any Investment that replaces, refinances or refunds any Investment made pursuant to this [Section 7.06(b)]; provided that the amount of any such Investment may be increased # as required by the terms of such Investment as in existence on the date hereof or # as otherwise permitted hereunder;
