In the absence of a Cash Dominion Event or an Event of Default, all payments made hereunder by Borrowers shall be applied by the Administrative Agent to the Obligations in such order of application as set forth in [Section 2.05(i)].

All payments to be made hereunder by Borrowers shall be remitted to Administrative Agent from and all such payments, and all proceeds of Collateral received by Administrative Agent, shall be applied, so long as a Cash Dominion Event (other than as a result of a Specified Event of Default) has occurred and is continuing, as follows:
