Captions. The captions of the sections of the Plan are for convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any of its provisions.

Governing Law; Miscellaneous. This Amendment is governed by the internal laws of the State of Oklahoma. Unless stated otherwise, # the singular number includes the plural and vice versa and words of any gender include each other gender, in each case, as appropriate, # headings and captions may not be construed in interpreting provisions, and # this Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts with the same effect as if all signatories had signed the same document, and all of those counterparts must be construed together to constitute the same document.

Captions. The captions herein are included for convenience of reference only and shall be ignored in the construction or interpretation hereof.

Gender and Number; Captions. Except where otherwise indicated by the context, any masculine term used herein also shall include the feminine; any feminine term used herein also shall include the masculine; and the plural shall include the singular and the singular shall include the plural. Captions and headings are given to the articles, sections and subsections of the Plan solely as a convenience to facilitate reference. Such headings shall not be deemed in any way material or relevant to the construction or interpretation of the Plan or any provision thereof.

Section # Section Captions. Section captions used in this Amendment are for convenience of reference only, and shall not affect the construction of this Amendment.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed counterpart, which together will constitute but one and the same instrument and may be sufficiently evidenced by any one counterpart.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
