Headings. The headings, captions and arrangements used in this Amendment are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Amendment.

Headings. All captions and section headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not form a part of this Agreement.

Captions. The captions herein have been inserted solely for convenience of reference and in no way define, limit, or describe the scope or substance of any provision of this Agreement.

Captions. The captions in the Plan are for convenience of reference only, and are not intended to narrow, limit or affect the substance or interpretation of the provisions contained herein.

Headings. The headings used in the Plan are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of the Plan, and shall not be deemed to limit, characterize, or affect in any way any provisions of the Plan, and all provisions of the Plan shall be construed as if no captions had been used in the Plan.

Section # Headings. The captions to the Articles, Sections and subsections hereof are not a part of this Agreement but are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit or otherwise affect the construction thereof.

Section # Recitals, Headings and Titles. The captions in this Agreement are for the convenience of the Parties in the identification of the provisions hereof and shall not constitute a part of the Agreement nor be considered interpretive thereof.

4.7Headings. The headings, captions and arrangements used in this Third Amendment are, unless specified otherwise, for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit, amplify or modify the terms of this Third Amendment, nor affect the meaning thereof.

Miscellaneous. Unless stated otherwise # the singular number includes the plural and vice versa and words of any gender include each other gender, in each case, as appropriate, # headings and captions may not be construed in interpreting provisions, # this Amendment must be construed –

INTERPRETATION; HEADINGS. The provisions of this Stock Grant Agreement shall be interpreted in a reasonable manner to give effect to the intent of the parties hereto. The headings and captions under sections and paragraphs of this Stock Grant Agreement are for convenience of reference only and do not in any way modify, interpret or construe the intent of the parties or affect any of the provisions of this Stock Grant Agreement.
