As used herein, the following capitalized terms shall have the following meanings.

Capitalized terms (other than “Participant”) are defined in the Participant’s employment agreement.

Defined Terms. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Credit Agreement.

Section # Defined Terms. Initially capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Lease.

SECTION # Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein have the meanings specified in the Amended Credit Agreement.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this [Appendix I] have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Agreement.

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used in this Subpart A and not defined herein have the meaning given in the Plan.

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the License Agreement.

Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Original Agreement.

Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement.
