In addition to the capitalized terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement, capitalized terms used herein shall have the definitions ascribed thereto in Section 16.

Defined Terms. The following capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings defined or referenced below. Certain other capitalized terms used only in specific sections of this Agreement may be defined in such sections.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Exhibit A shall have the meanings given such terms in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement to which this Exhibit A is attached. Additionally, certain capitalized terms are defined in Section (i) below.

General. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Separation Agreement. As used in this Services Agreement, the following capitalized terms shall have the following meanings:

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Qualified Plan. In addition, the following capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Article I.

Definitions. All terms capitalized herein that are defined in the Plan shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Plan; other capitalized terms shall have the following meaning, or shall be defined elsewhere in this Award:

Defined Terms. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Loan Agreement.

Capitalized terms defined in Section 1 and hereof shall have the same meanings when used elsewhere in this Amendment No. 4. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment No. 4 shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Power Purchase Agreement.
