Terms. Any terms used in this Agreement that are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan.

Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Plan.

Terms used herein that are defined in the Plan or in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Plan or this Agreement, respectively.

When used in this Agreement, the terms which are defined in the Plan shall have the meanings given to them in the Plan, as modified herein (if applicable). The following definitions shall be in effect under the Agreement:

Defined Terms. For purposes of this Agreement, the definitions of terms contained in the Plan hereby are incorporated by reference, except to the extent that any such term is specifically defined in this Agreement.

Terms used herein that are defined in the Plan or in the Agreement amended hereby shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Plan or such Agreement.

#DEFINED TERMS. All terms used, but not otherwise defined, herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan.

Defined Terms. All defined terms used herein which are defined in the Plan shall have the meanings set forth in the Plan, unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context.

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement or the Plan.

Definitions: Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, each capitalized term in this Agreement shall have the meaning given to it in the Plan.
