Capitalized Terms. Unless otherwise stated, any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Employment Agreement.

Section # Definitions. Capitalized terms used herein without definition have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Employment Agreement.

Capitalized terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in my Employment Agreement.

Except as otherwise provided herein, capitalized terms used in this Amendment shall have the definitions set forth in the Employment Agreement.
