Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Amendment have the meanings given in the Agreement. In all other respects, the Agreement remains according to its terms.

Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Amendment No. 1 shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Agreement.

Defined Terms. All capitalized terms used in this Amendment but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement, and section references refer to sections of the Agreement except as otherwise expressly provided herein.

Definitions. All capitalized terms used in this Amendment shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.

Defined Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as used in the Agreement.

Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement that is being amended hereby. The Agreement remains in full force and effect, as amended by this Amendment.
