SECTION # Definitions. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the respective meanings set forth in the Credit Agreement.

Definitions. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment (including terms used in the preamble) have the meanings provided in the Existing Credit Agreement.

Certain Definitions. Capitalized terms used, but not otherwise defined, in this Agreement will have the meanings given to such terms in the Company’s 2016 Equity and Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”).
