1.1Definitions. Except as otherwise provided herein, or unless the context otherwise requires, the capitalized terms used in this Award Agreement and not defined herein will have the same meanings as set forth in the Plan.

Capitalized Terms. As used in this Award, capitalized terms that are not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Plan, except where the context does not reasonably permit.

The terms and conditions of the Award are set forth hereinafter. Capitalized terms used herein that are not defined herein but that are defined in the Plan are used herein as defined in the Plan.

Definitions. Initially capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning provided in the Plan, and, as used herein, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
