Capital Expenditure” means all liabilities incurred or expenditures made by an Obligor or Subsidiary for the acquisition of fixed assets, or any improvements, replacements, substitutions or additions thereto with a useful life of more than one year.

Capital Expenditure Reserve”: On an annual basis, an amount equal to $250.00 per unit for each Multifamily Property with respect to all Real Estate (as annualized for the applicable ownership period). If the term Capital Expenditure Reserve is used without reference to any specific Real Estate, then the amount shall be determined on an aggregate basis with respect to all Real Estate of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries and a proportionate share equal to the Consolidated Group Pro Rata Share of all Real Estate of all Non-Wholly Owned Subsidiaries.

Capital Expenditure” means all liabilities incurred or expenditures made by an Obligor or Subsidiary for the acquisition of fixed assets, or any improvements, replacements, substitutions or additions thereto with a useful life of more than one year.

Capital Expenditure” means, for any particular period, with respect to any particular Credit Party, any expenditure made by such Credit Party during such period in connection with the acquisition, improvement or maintenance of any capital or fixed asset of such Credit Party that is required in accordance with GAAP to be capitalized on the balance sheet of such Credit Party.

Capital Expenditure” means, without duplication, any expenditure or commitment to expend money for any purchase or other acquisition of any asset which would be classified as a fixed or capital asset on a consolidated balance sheet of Borrower and its Subsidiaries prepared in accordance with GAAP.

Capital Expenditure” means expenditure incurred by the Tenant on an arm’s length basis to maintain, upgrade, acquire or replace the buildings, fixtures, fittings and equipment at the Premises and which is:

"Capital Expenditure" means any expenditure or obligation (other than expenditure or obligations in respect of Business Acquisitions) in respect of expenditure which, in accordance with the Accounting Principles, is treated as capital expenditure (and including the capital element of any expenditure or obligation incurred in connection with a Finance Lease).

Capital Expenditure” means any expenditure or obligation in respect of any expenditure which, in accordance with GAAP, is treated as a capital expenditure

Capital Expenditure” means, for any period, all expenditures and costs of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries that are (or should be) capitalized on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower in accordance with GAAP as of the end of such period, but in any event excluding (a) any transaction constituting an Acquisition and (b) capital expenditures for the restoration, repair or replacement of any fixed or capital asset that was destroyed or damaged, in whole or in part, to the extent financed by the proceeds of insurance on such property.

Capital Expenditure” means any expenditure that is considered a capital expenditure under GAAP, including any amount that is required to be treated as an asset subject to a Capital Lease.
