Cancellation of Deferral Elections. Notwithstanding any provisions in the Plan to the contrary, an election to defer under this Section will be cancelled for the remaining portion of the Plan Year or Company Fiscal Year in the event the Participant has received a distribution on account of an Unforeseeable Emergency under Section 5.5. The revocation shall be made at the time and in the manner specified in Plan Rules and must otherwise comply with the requirements of Section 5.5.

Unforeseeable Emergency. Notwithstanding any provisions in the Plan to the contrary, an election to defer under Sections 2.8, 2.9, and 2.10 will be cancelled for the remaining portion of the Plan Year in the event the Participant has received a distribution on account of an Unforeseeable Emergency under Section 6.5. The revocation shall be made at the time and in the manner specified in Plan Rules and must otherwise comply with the requirements of Section 6.5.

Cancellation of Deferral Elections As provided by Section 2.7, in the event of a distribution under [Section 5.5.1] the Plan Administrator will cancel the Participant’s deferral elections for the balance of the applicable Plan Year or Company Fiscal Year.

Cancellation of Deferral Elections. As provided by Section 2.12, in the event of a distribution under Section 6.5.1 the Plan Administrator will cancel the Participant’s deferral elections for the balance of the applicable Plan Year.

Cancellation of Deferrals for Unforeseeable Emergency. In the event a Participant applies for and receives an Unforeseeable Emergency distribution in accordance with [Section 2.12] below, the Participant’s deferral elections for the remainder of the Plan Year shall be cancelled.
