Canadian Security Agreement contract clause examples

"Canadian Security Documents" means each Canadian Security Agreement, each Canadian Guarantee and each other security agreement, deed of hypothec, or other document executed and delivered by any Canadian Credit Party pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) in favor of Agent to secure the Obligations.

Canadian Security Documents” means # the Canadian Security Agreement, # each deed of hypothec granted by a Canadian Credit Party in favor of the Agent, and # and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered by any Canadian Credit Party to the Agent pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document granting a Lien on assets of any Canadian Credit Party for the benefit of the Canadian Secured Parties and the UK Secured Parties, as security for the Canadian Liabilities and the UK Liabilities.

"Security Document" means this Agreement, the Canadian Security Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument executed concurrently herewith or at any time hereafter pursuant to which one or more Credit Parties or any other Person either # Guarantees payment or performance of all or any portion of the Obligations, and/or # provides, as security for all or any portion of the Obligations, a Lien on any of its assets in favor of Agent for its own benefit and the benefit of Lenders, as any or all of the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Canadian Security Documents” means the Canadian Security Agreement, the Québec Hypothec and any other Loan Document that grants or purports to grant a Lien on any Canadian Collateral.

Canadian Security Documents” shall mean the Canadian Security Agreement, the Parent Borrower Security Agreement, the Canadian Pledge Agreement, the Parent Borrower Pledge Agreement and each other Security Document to which the Canadian Borrower, any Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor or any other Subsidiary of the Parent Borrower is a party and that purports to grant a Lien in the assets of any such person in favor of the Canadian Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Canadian Secured Parties or the Secured Parties, as applicable.

Canadian Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Canadian Security Agreement, and any other agreements, instruments and documents executed in connection with this Agreement that are intended to create, perfect or evidence Liens on assets of any Loan Party to secure any of the Secured Obligations, including, without limitation, all other security agreements, pledge agreements, deeds of hypothec, debentures, share charges, pledges, powers of attorney, assignments, and financing statements, in each case now or hereafter executed by any Canadian Loan Guarantor and delivered to the Administrative Agent that are intended to create, perfect or evidence Liens on assets of any Canadian Loan Guarantor to secure any of the Secured Obligations.

Canadian Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Canadian Security Agreements and any other documents pursuant to which a Canadian Loan Party grants a Lien upon any real or personal property as security for payment of the Canadian Secured Obligations, including, without limitation, all other security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages, deeds of hypothec, deeds of trust, loan agreements, notes, guarantees, subordination agreements, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, assignments, contracts, fee letters, notices, leases, financing statements and all other written matter whether theretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Canadian Loan Party and delivered to the Administrative Agent.

Canadian Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Canadian Security Agreements and any other documents pursuant to which a Canadian Loan Party grants a Lien upon any real or personal property as security for payment of the Canadian Secured Obligations, including, without limitation, all other security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages, deeds of hypothec, deeds of trust, loan agreements, notes, guarantees, subordination agreements, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, assignments, contracts, fee letters, notices, leases, financing statements and all other written matter whether theretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Canadian Loan Party and delivered to the Administrative Agent.

Security Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Canadian Security Agreement, the German Security Agreement, the Swiss Security Agreement, the Control Agreements, and each other agreement, instrument, or document that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of Administrative Agent and all UCC financing statements and fixture filings required by the Security Agreement, all PPSA filings (or equivalent) required or made pursuant to the Canadian Security Agreement, or such other agreement, instrument, or document to be filed with respect to the Liens on personal property and fixtures created pursuant thereto and each other security agreement or other document executed and delivered after the Effective Date to secure any of the Obligations.
