“Canadian Defined Benefit Pension Plan” means a Canadian Pension Plan that contains a “defined benefit provision” as that term is defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), other than a multi-employer Canadian Pension Plan.
“Canadian Defined Benefit Pension Plan” means a Canadian Pension Plan that contains or has ever contained a "defined benefit provision" as such term is defined in Section 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
“Canadian Defined Benefit Plan” shall mean a Canadian Pension Plan which is a “registered pension plan,” as defined in subsection 248(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and which contains a “defined benefit provision,” as defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
“Canadian Defined Benefit Plan” means a pension plan for the purposes of any applicable pension benefits standards statute or regulation in Canada, which contains a “defined benefit provision,” as defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
“Defined Benefit Pension Plan” means any Pension Plan which contains a “defined benefit provision” as defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
"Canadian Defined Benefit Pension Plan" means Canadian Pension Plan which contains a "defined benefit provision," as defined in [subsection 147.1(1)] of the ITA.
“Defined Benefit Pension Plan” means a pension plan for the purposes of any applicable pension benefits standards, statute or regulation in Canada, which contains a “defined benefit provision,” as defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
“Canadian Defined Benefit Pension Plan” shall mean a pension plan for the purposes of any applicable pension benefits standards statute or regulation in Canada, which contains a “defined benefit provision,” as defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) but shall not include a “multi-employer pension plan” within the meaning of the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 (Canada) (or similar term under equivalent provincial pension standards legislation) for which a Canadian Borrower’s or Canadian Subsidiary’s sole financial obligations are limited to making fixed contributions.
“Canadian Defined Benefit Plan” means a Canadian Pension Plan, which contains a “defined benefit provision,” as defined in [subsection 147.1(1)] of the ITA.
“Specified Canadian Pension Plan” means any Canadian Pension Plan which contains a “defined benefit provision”, as defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
