"Canadian Pension Plans" means each plan that is required to be registered under any applicable Canadian federal or provincial legislation, which is maintained or contributed by a Canadian Credit Party in respect of any Person's employment in Canada other than any Canadian plan established by statute, which shall include the Canada Pension Plan maintained by the government of Canada and the Quebec Pension Plan maintained by the Province of Quebec.

Canadian Pension Plans” shall mean, with respect to any Canadian Credit Party, all plans or arrangements that are pension plans required to be registered under Canadian federal or provincial law and that are administered or contributed to by such Credit Party for any of its employees or former employees located in Canada or any province or territory thereof, but does not include the Canada Pension Plan or the Quebec Pension Plan as maintained by the Government of Canada or the Province of Quebec, respectively.

Canadian Pension Plan” shall mean each plan, program or arrangement which is required to be registered as a pension plan under any applicable pension benefits standards or tax statute or regulation in Canada (or any province or territory thereof) maintained or contributed to by, or to which there is or may be an obligation to contribute by, any Canadian Credit Party which is in respect of its Canadian employees or former employees.

Canadian Pension Plans” means any plan, program or arrangement that is a pension plan that is required to be registered under any applicable Canadian federal or provincial pension legislation, whether or not registered under any such laws, which is, or has been, maintained or contributed to by, or to which there is or may be an obligation to contribute by, a Loan Party or Subsidiary operating in Canada in respect of any Person’s employment in Canada with such Loan Party or Subsidiary, other than plans established by statute, which shall include the Canada Pension Plan maintained by the government of Canada and the Quebec Pension Plan maintained by the Province of Quebec.

Canadian Pension Plans” means, with respect to any Canadian Credit Party, a Canadian Benefit Plan that is considered to be a pension plan for the purposes of any applicable pension benefits or tax statute or regulation in Canada established, maintained or contributed to by such Credit Party for any of its Canadian employees or former Canadian employees.

Canadian Pension Plan” means each plan, program or arrangement that is a “registered pension plan” as such term is defined under subsection 248(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) or is subject to the funding requirements of applicable pension benefits legislation in any Canadian jurisdiction which is maintained, sponsored, administered or contributed to by a Credit Party or Subsidiary thereof.

Canadian Pension Plans” means any plan or arrangement that is required to be registered under Canadian federal or provincial law and is or was established, maintained or contributed to or required to be contributed to by a Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary for its employees or former employees, but does not include the Canada Pension Plan or the Quebec Pension Plan as maintained by the Government of Canada or the Province of Quebec, respectively, or any Canadian Union Plan.

Canadian Pension Plan” means any plan, program or arrangement that is a pension plan for the purposes of any applicable pension benefits legislation or any tax laws of Canada or a Province thereof, whether or not registered under any such laws, which is maintained or contributed to by, or to which there is or may be an obligation to contribute by, any Borrower or Guarantor in respect of any Person’s employment in Canada with such Borrower or Guarantor.

Canadian Pension Plan” means any pension plan that is subject to the Pension Benefits Act (Ontario) or similar legislation of another Canadian province or territory and the Income Tax Act (Canada) and that is either # maintained or sponsored by any Canadian Credit Party or any Canadian Subsidiary for employees, or # maintained pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, or other arrangement under which more than one employer makes contributions and to which any Canadian Credit Party or any Canadian Subsidiary is making or accruing an obligation to make contributions or has within the preceding five years made or accrued such contributions.

Canadian Pension Plans”: all plans or arrangements which are considered to be pension plans for the purposes of any applicable pension benefits standards statute or regulation in Canada established, maintained or contributed to by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries for their employees or former employees.
