Unless otherwise stipulated, all references to currency and amounts stated in this Agreement are in United States dollars ($USD).

U.S. Dollars. All amounts expressed in this Agreement and all payments required by this Agreement are in United States dollars.

References in this Agreement to dollars or “$” refer to the lawful currency of the United States of America.

Whenever the word “Dollars” or the “$” sign appears in this Contract, they shall be construed to mean United States Dollars and all transactions under this Contract shall be in United States Dollars.
