demonstrating compliance, as of the end of the fiscal period ended December 31, 2020, with the financial covenants contained in [Section 7.08] by detailed calculation thereof (which calculation shall be in form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and which shall include, among other things, an explanation of the methodology used in such calculation and a breakdown of the components of such calculation); and

demonstrating compliance, as of the end of the fiscal period ended December 31, 2020, with the financial covenants contained in [Section 7.08] by detailed calculation thereof (which calculation shall be in form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and which shall include, among other things, an explanation of the methodology used in such calculation and a breakdown of the components of such calculation); and

demonstrating compliance, as of the end of the fiscal period ended March 31, 2022, with the financial covenants contained in [Section 7.08] by detailed calculation thereof (which calculation shall be in form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and which shall include, among other things, an explanation of the methodology used in such calculation and a breakdown of the components of such calculation and shall also be calculated on a proforma basis reflecting the Loans and other Credit Extensions outstanding on and after giving effect to the Effective Date);

demonstrating compliance, as of the end of the fiscal period ended September 30, 2023, with the financial covenants contained in [Section 7.08] by detailed calculation thereof (which calculation shall be in form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and which shall include, among other things, an explanation of the methodology used in such calculation and a breakdown of the components of such calculation and shall also be calculated on a proforma basis reflecting the Loans and other Credit Extensions outstanding on and after giving effect to the Effective Date);
