Administrative Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times as set forth in the Administrative Agent Fee Letter dated as of the Effective Date between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

Administrative Agent Fees. Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the administrative fees set forth in the Agent Fee Letter or such other fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between Borrower and the Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent Fees”).

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Administrative Agent, the fees payable to it as set forth in the Fee Letter in the amounts and at the times specified therein (the “Administrative Agent Fees”).

The Borrower Representative agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the agency fees set forth in the Fee Letter at the times specified therein or in such other amounts and at such other times as may be separately agreed in writing by the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers from time to time (the “Administrative Agent Fees”).
