Calculation of ACP. For the purposes of this Section and [Section 12.7, ACP] for a specific group of Participants for a Plan Year means the average of the "contribution percentages" (calculated separately for each Participant in such group). For this purpose, "contribution percentage" means the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the Participant's "contribution percentage amounts" to the Participant's 414(s) Compensation. The actual contribution ratio for each Participant and the ACP for each group, shall be calculated to the nearest one-hundredth of one percent of the Participant's 414(s) Compensation.
Actual Contribution Percentage (ACP) shall mean, for a specified group of participants (either highly compensated employees or nonhighly compensated employees) for a plan year, the average of the contribution percentages of the eligible participants in the group.
For purposes of this Section 3.7, the “actual contribution percentage” or “ACP” for a Plan Year shall be the average of the ratios, calculated separately for each Eligible Employee in each group, of the amount of matching contributions to the Matching Contribution Account on behalf of each Eligible Employee for such Plan Year to the Eligible Employee’s [Section 415] compensation (as defined in Section 3.8) for such Plan Year.
