Cafeteria contract clause examples

During the Employment Period, Employee will be eligible to participate in any group life insurance plan, group medical and/or dental insurance plan, accidental death and dismemberment plan, short-term disability program, long term disability program and other employee benefit plans, including profit sharing plans, cafeteria benefit programs and stock purchase and option plans, which are made available to executives and for which Employee qualifies under the terms of such plan or plans. Employee will not be entitled to any fringe benefits not provided in this Section 6 or the Company’s Employee Handbook, which handbook Employee acknowledges that the Company can amend at any time, in its sole discretion.

Employee Benefits. During the Employment Period, Employee shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements maintained by the Company and made available to employees generally, including, without limitation, bonus, retirement, profit sharing and savings plans and medical, disability, dental, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance plans.

Executive shall, throughout the Employment Period, be eligible to participate in any and all group term life insurance plans, group health plans, accidental death and dismemberment plans and short-term disability programs and other executive perquisites which are made available [[Organization B:Organization]]’s executives and for which Executive qualifies under the terms of such plans, policies or programs.

Employee Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to receive or participate in any additional benefits, including without limitation medical and dental insurance programs, qualified and non-qualified profit sharing or pension plans, disability plans, medical reimbursement plans, and life insurance programs, which may from time to time be made available by the Company to other senior executive officers of the Company. The Company may change or discontinue such benefits at any time in its sole discretion; provided that the benefits provided to Employee shall be determined in the same manner as the benefits provided to other senior executive officers of the Company under such plans with respect to the same time period.

Compensation/Benefit Programs. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as are presently and hereinafter offered by the Company to its executive personnel, including savings, pension, profit-sharing and deferred compensation plans, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.
