Bylaws. A copy of the bylaws of such Credit Party certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of such Credit Party to be true and correct as of the Closing Date.

Bylaws. A copy of the Bylaws of BRT certified by the trustee of BRT to be true and complete as of the Closing Date.

Bylaws. A copy of the Bylaws of BRT certified by the trustee of BRT to be true and complete as of the Closing Date.

Bylaws and Operating Agreement. A copy of the bylaws or operating agreement, as applicable, of each Borrower certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of the relevant Borrower to be true and correct as of the Restatement Effective Date.

Bylaws. Copies of the bylaws or comparable operating agreement certified by a secretary or assistant secretary as of the Effective Date to be true and correct and in force and effect as of such date.

Bylaws. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Shares are subject to the provisions of the Company’s Bylaws, as amended from time to time (the “Bylaws”), including without limitation, all restrictions on transfer and rights of first refusal described in the Bylaws. The Participant may inspect the Bylaws at the Company’s principal office.

Bylaws/Operating Agreement. A copy of the bylaws or comparable operating agreement of each Credit Party certified by an officer of such Credit Party as of the Closing Date to be true and correct and in force and effect as of such date.

Bylaws. The Borrower will not amend, modify, waive or terminate any provision of its bylaws in any matter that is materially adverse to the Lenders or otherwise prohibited under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
