Position. The Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Medical Officer.

Position. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to employ Executive initially in the position of Chief Medical Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such employment. The Company reserves the right to change or modify Executive’s title and/or duties as business needs may require. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote her best efforts and substantially all of her business time and attention to the business of the Company.

Position. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Medical Officer of the Company, working out of the Company’s office in [[Address A:Address]], and travelling as reasonably required by the Executive’s job duties.

Position. The Executive shall serve as the CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER of the Company working out of the Company’s office in [[Address A:Address]], and travelling as reasonably required by the Executive’s job duties.

Position. The Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Business Officer.

NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT/DUTIES. Executive shall serve as Chief Medical Officer of the Company and shall have such responsibilities and authority as the Company may designate from time to time consistent with Executive’s title and position.

Position. Executive shall serve as the Company’s President and Chief Medical Officer. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except as otherwise set forth in Section 11.1.

EMPLOYMENT. As of the Effective Date, the Company hereby employs Executive and Executive hereby accepts employment as Chief Medical Officer of the Company upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
