Employee shall receive reimbursement from the Company for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Employee in performing services hereunder; provided that, in each case, that such expenses are accounted for in accordance with the standard policies and procedures established by the Company for reimbursement of expenses.
