The Security Agent may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any member of the Group.

The Agent, the Coordinator, the Arranger and each Ancillary Lender may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any member of the Group.

The Company holds, directly or indirectly, all shares or equity interests in the entities set forth in [Exhibit 2.2] (such entities collectively the “Subsidiaries” and each a “Subsidiary”). The shares or equity interests held by the Company in any Subsidiary and the shares or equity interests held by any Subsidiary in any other Subsidiary are herein collectively referred to as the “Subsidiary Interests”. The Company and the Subsidiaries are herein collectively referred to as the “Group Entities” or the “Group” and each as a “Group Entity”.

Interference with Business. In order to avoid disruption of Digimarc’s business, Executive agrees that during the Term and for a period one (1) year thereafter, he shall not, directly or indirectly, # solicit any customer of Digimarc (or any Affiliate) known to Executive during the Term to have been a customer to do business with anyone other than Digimarc; or # solicit for employment any person employed by Digimarc (or any Affiliate).

Any Administrative Party may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower.

Noninterference with Business. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year immediately following termination of this Agreement by either party, Company and Consultant agree not to solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor to terminate or breach an employment, contractual, or other relationship with the non-soliciting party.

Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following this Agreement’s termination or expiration, Consultant agrees not to compete with the business of [[Altimmune:Organization]] in any manner, solicit any of [[Altimmune:Organization]]’s customers to terminate or reduce their relationship with [[Altimmune:Organization]], or solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with [[Altimmune:Organization]].

The Agent and the Arranger may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any member of the Group.

Interference with Business. In order to avoid disruption of Digimarc's business, Executive agrees that for a period equal to the longer of # one (1) year or # the period during which Executive is receiving severance payments under Section 6 of this Agreement following the end of the Term, he shall not, directly or indirectly, # solicit any customer of Digimarc (or any Affiliate) known to Executive during the Term to have been a customer; or # solicit for employment any person employed by Digimarc (or any Affiliate).

Noninterference with Business. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year immediately following termination of this Agreement by either party, Company and Consultant agree not to solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor to terminate or breach an employment, contractual, or other relationship with the non-soliciting party.
