the commercial property and business income insurance required under Sections 6.1(a)(i) and (iii) above shall cover perils of terrorism and acts of terrorism (whether caused by a foreign or domestic source) and the Insured Borrower shall maintain commercial property and business income insurance for loss resulting from perils and acts of terrorism (whether caused by a foreign or domestic source) on terms (including amounts) consistent with those required under Sections 6.1(a)(i) and (iii) above at all times during the term of the Loan; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing the Insured Borrower shall only be required to provide coverage in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the “Full Replacement Cost”;
