Business Expenses. Ceridian HCM shall, consistent with its policies in effect from time to time, timely bear all ordinary and necessary business expenses, including without limitation airfares from/to Miami, FL and Toronto, Canada; from/to Miami, FL and Minneapolis, MN, and lodging expenses (hotel), incurred by Executive in performing his or her duties as CFO of Ceridian HCM, provided that Executive accounts promptly for such expenses to Ceridian HCM in accordance with Ceridian HCM’s applicable expense reimbursement policy in the manner prescribed from time to time by Ceridian HCM.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business expenses (including related travel expenses) upon the presentation of statements of such expenses in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures now in force or as such policies and procedures may be modified with respect to all senior executive officers of the Company.

Business Days. “Business Day” is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which Silicon Valley Bank is closed.

Business Day. Business Day means each day on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for business.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Consultant for all reasonable travel, supplies, long-distance telephone and business expenses incurred by the Consultant during the course of this Agreement, provided that each such expenditure qualifies as a proper deduction on the Company’s federal and state income tax return. Each such expenditure shall be reimbursable only if the Consultant furnishes to the Company adequate records and other documentary evidence required by federal and state statutes and regulations issued by the appropriate taxing authorities for the substantiation of that expenditure as an income tax deduction. The Consultant may not incur any single business expense in an amount exceeding $1000.00 without the express prior written consent of the Company. The Company shall, in its sole discretion, reimburse the Consultant or not, for any business expense which exceeds such amount and which is incurred by the Consultant without the prior written consent of the Company.

Business Activities . Engage in any line of business other than # the businesses engaged in on the date hereof, # the printing and forms business, # lines of business which are similar or complementary thereto, and # lines of business set forth in the Co‑Borrowers’ strategic business plan, as it may be amended from time to time by the Co-Borrowers.

In respect of any dispute concerning this Agreement (other than a dispute in connection with the QA Documents and/or the Quality Agreement) the parties shall seek to resolve the matter as follows:

Business Practices. The Parties shall perform all of their Commercialization and Medical Affairs activities undertaken in the Profit-Sharing Territory in accordance with GSK’s policies regarding the same, known as of the Effective Date as the US Practices Policies, that are provided to ITEOS by GSK, along with any updates thereto (the “USPPs”); provided that, with respect to updates to the USPPs, ITEOS

“Business Day”. Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in New York, New York, USA are authorized by Law to remain closed.

Business Days. If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the state in which the Company's chief executive office is located, the time period shall automatically be extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
