Business Expenses. Any outstanding business expenses incurred through the Separation Date for which [[Person A:Person]] may be seeking reimbursement shall be submitted by [[Person A:Person]] to Jan Carlson, HR Manager, on or before May 31, 2019. Provided [[Person A:Person]] complies with this Section 10 and the expenses submitted for reimbursement are reasonable, the Bank will process the expense check according to established business practices within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Business Expenses. During the Scheduled Term, you will be reimbursed for all reasonable business expenses incurred by you in performing your responsibilities under this Agreement, subject to the terms of applicable Company reimbursement policies as in effect from time to time.

I understand that Kodak is an ethical company and that I am required to adhere to Kodak’s policies and procedures regarding ethical business practices, including, but not limited to, Kodak’s conflict of interest policy and policies concerning the protection of Kodak Confidential Information. I understand that my failure to do so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

Business Expenses. Bank shall pay or reimburse Chairman of the Board upon submission of an itemized account by him for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Chairman of the Board in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.

Business Expenses. You will be reimbursed by the Company for reasonable business expenses incurred in connection with the performance of your duties hereunder in accordance with Company policies as in effect from time to time. In addition, during your appointment as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the Company will pay or reimburse you for the cost of your reasonable commuting expenses for your travel to and from the Cleveland, Ohio metropolitan area, and for your reasonable lodging and automobile expenses incurred in the Cleveland, Ohio metropolitan area. All amounts payable under this paragraph will be paid or reimbursed only during the period of your service as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and will be subject to your presentation of reasonable substantiation and documentation as the Company may specify from time to time and to the procedures set forth in the Company’s expense reimbursement programs, as in effect at the time the expenses are incurred.

Business Day. As used herein, a business day shall mean any day other than Saturday, Sunday or other day that commercial banks in the State in which the Property is located are authorized or required to close under applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer and Seller expressly acknowledge and agree that the Friday after Thanksgiving shall in no event be deemed a business day under this Agreement. In the event that the expiration of any time period hereunder, including, without limitation, the Due Diligence Period shall expire on a non-business day, then such time period shall be extended until the close of business on the next following business day.

Business Expenses. You will be reimbursed for all reasonable business expenses incurred by you in performing your responsibilities under this Agreement. Reimbursements will be made pursuant to the Company’s normal practices and procedures for senior executives.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business expenses (including related travel expenses between Executive’s home base in Dallas, Texas and the Company’s headquarters in [[Address A:Address]], or other Company locations) upon the presentation of statements of such expenses in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures now in force or as such policies and procedures may be modified with respect to all senior executive officers of the Company.

COMPANY shall reimburse EMPLOYEE for all reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred by EMPLOYEE in the performance of his or her duties hereunder with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to COMPANY’s business expense policies in effect from time to time, including its procedures with respect to the manner of incurring, reporting and documenting such expenses.

Borrower’s Business. For purposes of this Addendum 1, Borrower shall be deemed to include its “affiliates” as defined in Title 13 Code of Federal Regulations Section 121.103.
