Business Expenses. The Bank will pay or reimburse Executive’s reasonable business expenses, including expenses incurred for travel on [[Bank:Organization]] Group business, in accordance with the Bank’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures, as may be adopted or amended from time to time.

Business Expenses. During the Employment Term, reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder shall be advanced or promptly reimbursed by the Company in accordance with Company policies.

Business Days. If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief Employee office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Employee for all outstanding expenses incurred prior to the Separation Date that are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s written requirements in effect at the time of the Separation Date with respect to reporting and documenting such expenses. Employee shall submit for reimbursement all outstanding expenses incurred as of the Separation Date within 30 days of the Separation Date. Employee is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Employee executes this Agreement.

Business Expenses. The Company will pay or reimburse Employee for all reasonable business expenses incurred or paid by Employee in the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities for the Company, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses set by the Company and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified from time to time. Employee’s right to payment or reimbursement for business expenses hereunder shall be subject to the following additional rules: # the amount of expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement during any calendar year shall not affect the expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any other calendar year, # payment or reimbursement shall be made not later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense or payment was incurred, and # the right to payment or reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit.

Other Business. The Borrower will not # engage in any business other than the transactions contemplated by the Basic Documents, # incur any Indebtedness, obligation, liability or contingent obligation of any kind other than pursuant to this Agreement or any other Basic Document (excluding any incidental expenses incurred by the Borrower in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Basic Documents) or # form any Subsidiary or make any Investments in any other Person.

Business Purpose. Borrower represents and warrants that all loans evidenced by this Note are for a business, commercial, investment, or other similar purpose and not primarily for a personal, family or household use.

Business Continuity. None of the Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), telecommunications capabilities (including all voice, data and video networks) and other similar or related items of automated, computerized, and/or software systems and any other networks or systems and related services that are used by or relied on by the Company Group in the conduct of their businesses (collectively, the “Systems”) have experienced bugs, failures, breakdowns, or continued substandard performance in the past twelve (12) months that has caused or reasonably could be expected to cause any substantial disruption or interruption in or to the use of any such Systems by the Company Group.

Existence; Business. Each Borrower shall # maintain its existence as a corporation in each respective state of incorporation and maintain its existence as a corporation authorized to transact [[Unknown Identifier]].v4

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers within 60 days after such expenses have been incurred by the Executive; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
