Business Days. If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the state in which the Company's chief executive office is located, the time period shall automatically be extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket travel and other business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company in accordance with the Company’s applicable expense reimbursement policies and procedures as are in effect from time to time.

Business Days. “Business Day” is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which Silicon Valley Bank is closed.

Business Purpose. No Operating Acquired Company has, since its formation, engaged in any business other than the ownership, development, construction, operation, maintenance and financing of its Project and any activities incidental to the foregoing.

Business Expenses. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties

Borrower’s Business. For purposes of this Addendum 1, Borrower shall be deemed to include its “affiliates” as defined in Title 13 Code of Federal Regulations Section 121.103. Borrower represents and warrants to Agent and Lender as of the SBA Funding Date and covenants to Agent and Lender for a period of one year after each SBA Funding Date or for such longer period as set forth below with respect to [subsections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7]7]7]7]7]7] below, as follows:

Restricted Business. “Restricted Business” shall mean any business or activity that is competitive with a business in which the Partnership Group engaged during the twelve month period immediately preceding the Date of Termination.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Employee for all outstanding expenses incurred prior to the Separation Date that are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s written requirements in effect at the time of the Separation Date with respect to reporting and documenting such expenses. Employee shall submit for reimbursement all outstanding expenses incurred as of the Separation Date within 30 days of the Separation Date. Employee is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Employee executes this Agreement.

Business Activities . Engage in any line of business other than # the businesses engaged in on the date hereof, # the printing and forms business, # lines of business which are similar or complementary thereto, and # lines of business set forth in the Co‑Borrowers’ strategic business plan, as it may be amended from time to time by the Co-Borrowers.

Business Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive in the calendar year in which they are incurred for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred by him in the course of performing his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.
