Business Expenses. Executive shall have a right to be reimbursed for Executive’s reasonable and appropriate business expenses which Executive actually incurs in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement in accordance with Orion’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures for its senior executives, subject to Orion’s reasonable requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses

Business Expenses. During his employment under this Agreement, Executive shall be eligible to be reimbursed for reasonable and documented business expenses incurred by the Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder in accordance with Company policies on expense reimbursement in effect from time to time and consistent with the Company’s policies.

Business Expenses. Executive shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred by Executive in performing services under this Agreement in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Company reimbursement policies, procedures, and practices as they may exist from time to time. All such reimbursements shall be made no later than the end of the calendar year following the year in which the expense was incurred.

Business Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder in accordance with the Company's expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s then-current expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

Business Expenses. So long as this Agreement is in effect, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder consistent with the Company’s policies and procedures, in effect from time to time, with respect to travel, entertainment, communications, technology/equipment and other business expenses customarily reimbursed to senior executives of the Company in connection with the performance of their duties on behalf of the Company.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. Employer shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred by him/her in performing services pursuant to this Agreement, in accordance with Employer’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures for its senior executives, as in effect from time to time.

Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for the reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement. It is understood that Executive is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses for travel (business class airfare), lodging, meals and business entertainment.
