The Borrower has not conducted any business other than acquisition, construction, installation, lease, ownership of, and sale of energy from, and the operation, management, maintenance and financing of, the Projects and activities related or incident thereto (including those contemplated by the Operative Documents). The Borrower does not have any outstanding Debt or other material liabilities other than as permitted pursuant to Section 6.3 and as scheduled on [Schedule 4.1(f)]. Borrower is not a party to or bound by any material contract other than the Operative Documents, this Agreement and the other Financing Documents.
