Any idea, concept, innovation, invention, strategy, data, development or work of authorship that the Participant originates, conceives or develops, through the use of Corporation Confidential Information, at any time within six (6) months after the Participant's employment with the Corporation or any Affiliate terminates (for any reason) will be presumed to be a Business Idea unless the Participant can prove otherwise by clear and convincing evidence.

Tenant is not required, however, to provide Landlord with any portion(s) of the Haz Mat Documents containing information of a proprietary nature which, in and of themselves, do not contain a reference to any Hazardous Materials or hazardous activities.
