Business Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive in the calendar year in which they are incurred for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred by him in the course of performing his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred by Executive related to Executive’s services provided under this Agreement, which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time-to-time with respect to travel (including business class airfare), entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses, except as otherwise provided hereunder.

During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive in the course of performing Executive’s duties, responsibilities and functions under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Business Expenses. During the Employment Term, the Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable travel or other expenses incurred by Executive in the furtherance of or in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, in accordance with the Company’s travel and expense reimbursement policies as in effect from time to time.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred by Executive related to Executive’s services provided under this Agreement, which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time-to-time for its Non-Founder Executives with respect to travel (including business class airfare), entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses, except as otherwise provided hereunder.

Business Expenses. So long as this Agreement is in effect, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder consistent with the Company’s policies and procedures, in effect from time to time, with respect to travel, entertainment, communications, technology/equipment and other business expenses customarily reimbursed to senior executives of the Company in connection with the performance of their duties on behalf of the Company.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term (including expenses related to business travel on behalf of the Company) in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the Board.

During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in the course of performing her duties under the Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s and its Affiliates’ policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject in all instances to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses and excluding the Executive’s ordinary commuting expenses.

Expenses. During the Employment Term, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, travel and entertainment expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties and responsibilities, subject to the Company’s normal policies and procedures for expense verification, documentation and reimbursement intervals. Any reimbursements made under this Section 4(e) must be submitted for payment timely such that it can be paid no later than the last day of Executive’s taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense is incurred, or such expense will not be reimbursable.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the plans, practices, policies and programs of the Company, including, but not limited to, the Executive’s home office expenses and travel and lodging expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder.
