Business Expenses. Bank shall pay or reimburse Employee upon submission of an itemized account by him for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Employee in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.

Business Expenses. Bank shall pay or reimburse Chairman of the Board upon submission of an itemized account by him for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Chairman of the Board in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.

Bank shall pay or reimburse Executive Vice President upon submission of an itemized account by her for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive Vice President in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.

Business Expenses. Upon submission of a satisfactory accounting by Employee, consistent with the policies of the Company, the Company shall reimburse Employee for any reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses actually incurred by Employee in the furtherance of the business of the Company.
