Business Reimbursements. The Executive shall be eligible to be reimbursed by the Employer, on terms that are substantially similar to those that apply to other similarly situated and performing executives employed by the Employer, for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for entertainment, travel, meals, lodging, and similar items that are consistent with the Employer’s expense reimbursement policy and that are actually incurred by the Executive in the promotion of the Employer’s business.

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder in accordance with the Company's expense reimbursement policies and procedures in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder in accordance with the Company's expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s then-current expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

4.6Business Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

4.7Business Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for travel, entertainment, business development and other expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Executive in connection with the Company’s business. Expense reimbursement shall be subject to such policies that the Company may adopt from time to time, including with respect to pre-approval.

The Executive shall be reimbursed by the Corporation, on terms and conditions that are applicable to other similarly situated executives of the Corporation, for reasonable out­of-pocket expenses for entertainment, travel, meals, lodging and similar items, consistent with the Corporation’s expense reimbursement policy in effect at the time. Nothing in this Agreement precludes the Corporation from amending or terminating its expense reimbursement policy.
