“Intellectual Property” is all patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, Company Confidential Information, new or useful arts, ideas, discoveries, inventions, improvements, software, business information, lists, designs, drawings, writings, contributions, works of authorship, findings or improvements, formulae, processes, product development, manufacturing techniques, business methods, information considered by the Company to be confidential, tools, routines and methodology, documentation, systems, enhancements or modifications thereto, know-how, and developments, any derivative works and ideas whether or not patentable, and any other form of intellectual property.
“Intellectual Property” means inventions, discoveries, developments, methods, processes, compositions, works, concepts and ideas (whether or not patentable or copyrightable or constituting trade secrets) conceived, made, created, developed or reduced to practice by the Executive (whether alone or with others, whether or not during normal business hours or on or off Company premises) during the Executive’s Employment that relate to either the Products or any prospective activity of the Company or any of its Affiliates or that make use of Confidential Information or any of the equipment or facilities of the Company or any of its Affiliates.
Intellectual Property. Intellectual Property or “IP” means any invention, modification, discovery, design, development, improvement, process, software program, work of authorship, documentation, formula, data, design, graphic, user interface, workflow, technique, know-how, trade secret, trademark, logo, slogan, trade dress, idea, or other intellectual property right whatsoever or any interest therein, whether or not patentable or registrable under copyright, trademark, or similar protections.
“Intellectual Property” means patents (whether patentable or not), trade secrets, know-how, confidential or proprietary information, technical data, trademarks, service marks, design rights, copyright or any other intellectual property right which may subsist anywhere in the world, whether capable of grant, registration or not.
Intellectual Property: all intellectual and similar Property of a Person, including inventions, designs, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, confidential or proprietary information, customer lists, know-how, software and databases; all embodiments or fixations thereof and all related documentation, applications, registrations and franchises; all licenses or other rights to use any of the foregoing; and all books and records relating to the foregoing.
“Intellectual Property” shall mean all intellectual and similar Property including # inventions, designs, patents, patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, confidential or proprietary information, customer lists, know-how, software, and databases; # all embodiments or fixations thereof and all related documentation, applications, registrations, and franchises; # all licenses or other rights to use any of the foregoing; and # all books and records relating to the foregoing.

“Intellectual Property” means all present and future: trade secrets, know-how and other proprietary information; trademarks, Internet domain names, service marks, trade dress, trade names, business names, designs, logos, slogans (and all translations, adaptations, derivations and combinations of the foregoing), indicia and other source and/or business identifiers, all of the goodwill related thereto, and all registrations and applications for registrations thereof; works of authorship and other copyrighted works (including copyrights for computer programs), and all registrations and applications for registrations thereof; inventions (whether or not patentable) and all improvements thereto; patents and patent applications, together with all continuances, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, revisions, extensions, reissuances, and reexaminations thereof; industrial design applications and registered industrial designs; books, records, writings, computer tapes or disks, flow diagrams, specification sheets, computer software, source codes, object codes, executable code, data, databases and other physical manifestations, embodiments or incorporations of any of the foregoing; all other intellectual property and intellectual property rights; all rights to sue and recover at law or in equity for any past, present or future infringement, dilution or misappropriation, or other violation thereof; and all common law and other rights throughout the world in and to all of the foregoing.
