Intellectual Property” is all patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, Company Confidential Information, new or useful arts, ideas, discoveries, inventions, improvements, software, business information, lists, designs, drawings, writings, contributions, works of authorship, findings or improvements, formulae, processes, product development, manufacturing techniques, business methods, information considered by the Company to be confidential, tools, routines and methodology, documentation, systems, enhancements or modifications thereto, know-how, and developments, any derivative works and ideas whether or not patentable, and any other form of intellectual property.

Intellectual Property” means all of the following, owned by the Company: # patents, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues and patent disclosures; # trademarks, service marks, trade dress, names, logos, and slogans (and all translations, adaptations, derivations, and combinations of the foregoing), together with all goodwill associated with each of the foregoing; # copyrights and copyrightable works; # Internet domain names; # registrations and pending applications for any of the foregoing items [(a)-(d)]; # Trade Secrets and confidential information; and # computer software (including source code, executable code, data, databases, and documentation).

Intellectual Property” shall mean all intellectual property rights of every kind, including all: # patents, patent applications, patent disclosures and inventions (whether patentable or unpatentable and whether or not reduced to practice); # trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, logos and corporate names (in each case, whether registered or unregistered) and registrations and applications for registration thereof; # copyrights (registered or unregistered), and registrations and applications for registration thereof, including trading procedure materials, business operational materials, and other process flow instructional materials, whether electronic or hard copy; # computer software, data, databases and documentation thereof; # trade secrets and other confidential or proprietary information (including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, scheduling and trading processes and techniques, development information, drawings, specifications, designs, plans, proposals, technical data, works (whether or not copyrightable), customer and supplier lists and information, pricing and cost information, and business and marketing plans and proposals); # URLs and domain name registrations; # works of authorship including, without limitation, computer programs, source code and executable code, whether embodied in software, firmware or otherwise, documentation, designs, files, records, data and mask works and any rights in semiconductor masks, layouts, architectures or topography; and # goodwill associated with any of the foregoing.

"Intellectual property" means any and all patents, trade secrets, know-how, technology, confidential information, ideas, copyrights, trademarks, and service marks and any and all rights, applications, and registrations relating to them.

Intellectual Property” means any and all patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, know how, technology, ideas, or computer software belonging to the Company or its affiliates.

Intellectual Property” means any and all Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, inventions (whether or not patentable), algorithms, software programs (including source code and object code), processes, product designs, industrial designs, blueprints, drawings, data, URLs and domain names, specifications, documentations, reports, catalogs, literature, and any other forms of technology or proprietary information of any kind, including all rights therein and all applications for registration or registrations thereof.

Intellectual Property” means inventions, discoveries, developments, methods, processes, compositions, works, concepts and ideas (whether or not patentable or copyrightable or constituting trade secrets) conceived, made, created, developed or reduced to practice by the Participant (whether alone or with others, whether or not during normal business hours or on or off the Company premises) during the Participant’s Employment that relate to either the Products or any prospective activity of the Company or any of its Affiliates or that make use of Confidential Information or any of the equipment or facilities of the Company or any of its Affiliates.

Intellectual Property” means all of the Company’s Copyrights; Trademarks; Patents; Licenses; trade secrets and inventions; mask works; the Company’s applications therefor and reissues, extensions, or renewals thereof; and the Company’s goodwill associated with any of the foregoing, together with the Company’s rights to sue for past, present and future infringement of Intellectual Property and the goodwill associated therewith.

"Intellectual Property" means any and all Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, inventions (whether or not patentable), algorithms, software programs (including source code and object code), processes, product designs, industrial designs, blueprints, drawings, data, customer lists, URLs and domain names, specifications, documentations, reports, catalogs, literature, and any other forms of technology or proprietary information of any kind, including all rights therein and all applications for registration or registrations thereof.

Intellectual Property” means inventions, discoveries, developments, methods, processes, compositions, works, concepts and ideas (whether or not patentable or copyrightable or constituting trade secrets) conceived, made, created, developed or reduced to practice by the Executive (whether alone or with others, whether or not during normal business hours or on or off the Company premises) during the Executive’s employment that relate to either the Products or any prospective activity of the Company or any of its Affiliates or that make use of Confidential Information or any of the equipment or facilities of the Company or any of its Affiliates.

Intellectual Property” means all intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, service marks, tradenames, domain names, trade secrets, copyrights, technology, know-how, inventions, methods and processes used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
