Business Expenses. Ceridian HCM shall, consistent with its policies in effect from time to time, bear all ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by Employee in performing his or her duties as an employee of Ceridian HCM, provided that Employee accounts promptly for such expenses to Ceridian HCM in accordance with Ceridian HCM’s applicable expense reimbursement policy the manner prescribed from time to time by Ceridian HCM.

Business Expenses. Ceridian HCM shall, consistent with its policies in effect from time to time, bear all ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by Executive in performing his or her duties as an employee of Ceridian HCM, provided that Executive accounts promptly for such expenses to Ceridian HCM in accordance with Ceridian HCM’s applicable expense reimbursement policy the manner prescribed from time to time by Ceridian HCM.

Business Expenses. Ceridian HCM shall, consistent with its policies in effect from time to time, timely bear all ordinary and necessary business expenses, including without limitation airfares from/to Miami, FL and Toronto, Canada; from/to Miami, FL and Minneapolis, MN, and lodging expenses (hotel), incurred by Executive in performing his or her duties as CFO of Ceridian HCM, provided that Executive accounts promptly for such expenses to Ceridian HCM in accordance with Ceridian HCM’s applicable expense reimbursement policy in the manner prescribed from time to time by Ceridian HCM.
