Business Expenses. Executive shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred by Executive in performing services under this Agreement in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Company reimbursement policies, procedures, and practices as they may exist from time to time. All such reimbursements shall be made no later than the end of the calendar year following the year in which the expense was incurred.

Business Expenses. During the Term, Executive shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred by Executive in performing services under this Agreement in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Company reimbursement policies, procedures, and practices as they may exist from time to time. All such reimbursements shall be made no later than the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense was incurred.

Business Expenses. During his employment under this Agreement, Executive shall be eligible to be reimbursed for reasonable and documented business expenses incurred by the Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder in accordance with Company policies on expense reimbursement in effect from time to time and consistent with the Company’s policies.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term (including expenses related to business travel on behalf of the Company) in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the Board.

Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses that Executive incurs in carrying out his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the Company reimbursement policies as in effect from time to time, provided that Executive presents to the Company from time to time an itemized account of such expenses in such form as the Company may require.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the Board.

Business Expenses. So long as this Agreement is in effect, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder consistent with the Company’s policies and procedures, in effect from time to time, with respect to travel, entertainment, communications, technology/equipment and other business expenses customarily reimbursed to senior executives of the Company in connection with the performance of their duties on behalf of the Company.

Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses that Executive incurs in carrying out her duties under this Agreement in accordance with the Company reimbursement policies as in effect from time to time, provided that Executive presents to the Company from time to time an itemized account of such expenses in such form as the Company may require.

Business Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive in the calendar year in which they are incurred for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred by him in the course of performing his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Business Expense Reimbursement. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive proper reimbursement for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him (in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company for its senior executive officers) in performing services hereunder. Executive agrees to furnish [[Organization A:Organization]] adequate records and other documentary evidence of such expense for which Executive seeks reimbursement. Such expenses shall be reimbursed and accounted for under the policies and procedures established by the Company, and such reimbursement shall be made promptly, but in no event later than December 31 of the calendar year following the year in which such expenses were incurred by Executive.
