Business Expenses. The Company will pay or reimburse Employee for all reasonable business expenses incurred or paid by Employee in the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities for the Company, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses set by the Company and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified from time to time. Employee’s right to payment or reimbursement for business expenses hereunder shall be subject to the following additional rules: # the amount of expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement during any calendar year shall not affect the expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any other calendar year, # payment or reimbursement shall be made not later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense or payment was incurred, and # the right to payment or reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit.

The Company will pay or reimburse Employee for all reasonable business expenses incurred or paid by Employee in the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities for the Company, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses set by the Company and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified from time to time. Employee’s right to payment or reimbursement for business expenses hereunder shall be subject to the following additional rules: # the amount of expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement during any calendar year shall not affect the expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any other calendar year, # payment or reimbursement shall be made not later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense or payment was incurred, and # the right to payment or reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit.

Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Employee for reasonable business expenses incurred, and for any other approved expenses incurred, in the performance of Employee’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s customary expense reimbursement guidelines.

Expenses. The Company will reimburse Employee for expenses Employee reasonably incurs in performing his or her duties, to the extent provided in the Company’s expense reimbursement policies. Reimbursement of expenses in one tax year will not affect reimbursement of expenses in any other tax year.

The Company will pay or reimburse you for all reasonable business expenses incurred or paid by you in the performance of your duties and responsibilities for the Company, subject to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be required by the Company, and subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on or policies governing such expenses as set by the Company from time to time.

Business Expenses. During the Term, the Company will reimburse all reasonable expenses incurred by Employee in the performance of his duties to the Company, provided Employee complies with the Company’s policies and procedures for reimbursement or advance of business expenses established by the Company.
