Business Expenses. The Bank will pay or reimburse Executive’s reasonable business expenses, including expenses incurred for travel on [[Bank:Organization]] Group business, in accordance with the Bank’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures, as may be adopted or amended from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be eligible for reimbursement of all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Bank’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures set forth in the Bank’s Employee Handbook. The Bank will also reimburse the Executive for fees for memberships in such organizations as Executive and the Bank Board mutually agree are necessary and appropriate in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Bank’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

Expenses. The Bank will timely pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other business expenses actually paid or incurred by Executive during the Term in the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement in accordance with the Bank’s employee business expense reimbursement policies in effect from time to time, but in no event less than monthly.

Business Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder; provided, however, that Executive shall, as a condition of reimbursement, submit verification of the nature and amount of such expenses in accordance with reimbursement policies from time to time adopted by the Bank and in sufficient detail to comply with rules and regulations promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. Subject to the Bank’s policies and guidelines issued from time to time and upon submission of documentation to support expense reimbursement in conformity with applicable requirements of federal income tax laws and regulations, the Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in performing his responsibilities under this Agreement during the term, including but not limited to lodging and meals and cell phone allowance.

The Bank will reimburse the Executive for reasonable, business-related travel and entertainment expenses upon the presentation of appropriate receipts, in accordance with the Bank’s reimbursement policies and procedures. The Bank shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable expenses for the Executive and the Executive’s spouse to attend industry-related meetings, including registration fees and travel expenses, in accordance with budgetary constraints.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. Subject to the Bank’s policies and guidelines issued from time to time and upon submission of documentation to support expense reimbursement in conformity with applicable requirements of federal income tax laws and regulations, the Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in performing his responsibilities under this Agreement during the term, including but not limited to lodging and meals, cell phone allowance; and reimbursement for mileage at the maximum allowable rate under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“IRC”) for automobile usage when conducting Bank business.

Business and Professional Education Expenses; Memberships. Subject to the reimbursement policies of Bank in effect from time to time and consistent with the annual budget approved for the period during which an expense is incurred, Bank will reimburse Executive for reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder; provided, however, that, as a condition to any such reimbursement, Executive shall submit verification of the nature and amount of such expenses in accordance with said reimbursement policies. Executive acknowledges that Bank makes no representation with respect to the taxability or non-taxability of the benefits provided under this Section 4(e).

Business Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in the performance of services with the Company, according to the Company’s policies and upon Executive’s presentation of an itemized written statement and such verification as the Company may require.
