Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable business expenses incurred in connection with the performance of the Employee’s duties hereunder consistent with the Corporation’s policy regarding reimbursement of such expenses, including submission of appropriate receipts. With respect to any benefits or payments received or owed to the Employee hereunder, the Employee shall cooperate in good faith with the Corporation to structure such benefits or payments in the most tax-efficient manner to the Corporation.
