EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT. Consultant shall be entitled to reimbursement from Client for the following "out-of-pocket" expenses: travel expenses and travel related meals.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT. Consultant shallwill be entitled to reimbursement fromreimbursed for (a) reasonable travel costs (including transportation, hotel and meal expenses at cost) pre-approved in writing by Client for the following "out-of-pocket" expenses: traveland incurred directly in connection with Services rendered at Client's facilities, and (b) such other third-party expenses and travel related meals.(at cost) as approved in writing in advance by Client.
